We love caring for your beloved pets while you’re away. In order to help things run smoothly the following policies are in place
Overnight Stays
*Are just that: over night typically from 7 or 8 pm to 7 or 8 am hours may vary
*We DO NOT offer 24 hour care, in which we do not leave the property. If you want someone with your animals the entire time you are gone we’re not the sitter for you.
*We Do NOT offer foal watch, or Foaling out services. Mares close to Foaling may not be left in our care. But once the baby is on the ground we’re more than happy to play with them!
*Additional daily visits can be added at $35 per visit
*overnight Stays start at $100 per day(up to 4 animals inlcuded) and will be adjusted based on the number and type of animals being cared for
Daily Visits to let dogs out:if you are out of town and we are only doing daily visits we require a minimum of 3-30 min visits per day.
*30 minute visit-$50 per visit
*60 minute visit-$75 per visit
2 Daily Visits for Farm Animals – $150 per day:for the safety and care of your animals, we do require a minimum of 2 daily visits
Prior to services
*Veterinary Consent form must be filled out and vet notified that we will be caring for your animals
*There must be a Meet and Greet to ensure that we are the right fit for you and your animals
*We WILL NOT take on animals we haven’t had a meet and greet with. Additional animals may not be added last minute. This means no adding on a significant other, parent, sibling, friend pet(s). Doing so may result in all services being cancelled. IF we agree to taking on additional animals a per animal fee of $20 will be added per day or visit depending on how you’re scheduled. If we show up to additional animals and we didn’t discuss it the additional fee is $30 per animal.
Cameras/And checking in
*All cameras must be disclosed
*No cameras are permitted in sleeping areas, bathrooms etc. Cameras found in these areas may be turned off or unplugged for the duration of services. Cameras found in these areas will move overnight visits to drop in only, additional charges may apply. Services maybe canceled at the discretion of Hoof N Paw Petsitting due to undisclosed cameras or camera in inappropriate areas.
*cameras not disclosed or found in areas deemed private(sleeping areas, bathrooms, etc) will terminate any future services
*We’re happy to let you know how your pets are doing, however we will not answer calls/texts past 8 pm local time (not your time if in a different time zone) until the following morning. Unless we have been trying to reach you
*Mirco managing through cameras will result in immediate termination of services.
Payment
*Payments can be made via cash, check, PayPal, Venmo
*To hold your dates we require a 50% non refundable deposit
*Full payment must be made by the start of services
*Any services rendered without full payment are subject to a $5 per day late fee
*Last minute changes to dates will only be accepted if we can accommodate them in our schedule and will incur a additional $25 a day added to the regular rate
*Holidays:Memorial day-May 24-May 26,4th of July- July 1-July 5,Labor Day-Aug 30-Sept. 2,Thanksgiving-Nov 23-25,Christmas-Dec 23-25,New Year’s-Dec 31-Jan 1: Have a $10 per visit or day additional charge
*CANCELATION POLICY: Services canceled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of services are to be paid in Full. Services canceled within with in 10 days of the scheduled start of services will not receive a refund on their deposit. Services canceled a month or more before the scheduled start of services may receive a credit for their deposit and any additional payments for future services within the SAME CALENDAR YEAR.
